Bowie is a 1-2 year old male Lurcher Cross. He was found as a stray. He hasn’t been claimed and he was struggling to find a rescue placement. Staffie and Stray Rescue were able to offer him a space with us.
“I’m just a young chap who has been short-changed in life, it’s hard being unwanted… Could you be the one to take me in and love me?
It has become clear to the team that I have never lived in a home before, I find it quite overwhelming and prefer to spend time in the garden.
I am looking for a home with lots of patients who can help me settle. I need a little extra house training as I settle in and I have been known to chew!
I have been finding a crate though which will support me when I need downtime. I am very trainable and will make a fantastic companion to anyone willing to help me!
I’m an energetic boy but also very loving and cuddly. I would love a home that can give me plenty of exercise. I can’t help but get excited sometimes and I have mega zoomies!
I am so fast! I can be a bit of a drama queen sometimes and I will let you know if I am happy or sad, I am quite expressive. I always have the team laughing with my awesome personality!
I’m affectionate and love my cuddles too. I am social with other dogs and could live with a female dog, although this may make it harder and a distraction in my training.” – Quote.
