Obi is a 5 year old male Jack Russell Terrier Cross. “I am looking for a new home. could you offer me a forever home?

I’m a little lad and a very active chap, I love my walks and would love to find a family who can provide me with lots of exercise and mental stimulation.

I am a true cuddle monster and I love to snuggle up next to you in bed, I adore human company and often get very excited when meeting new people.

I can be a little anxious about larger dogs when out on walks so I would benefit from an owner who can help work with me on this.

I am also a typical terrier and am renowned for trying to chase cats and squirrels! I walk well on a lead and am very polite taking treats.

I am told that I am a gentle soul who deserves to find the perfect forever family! Please reach out to the rescue if you would like to adopt me!

I am reactive towards other dogs. I will need further training on correcting this behaviour. I am looking for a forever home and a pet-free home. I can live with kids 6+.” – Quote

Staffie and Stray Rescue Dorset

For further details regarding adopting a dog from Staffie and Stray Rescue, based in Bournemouth in Dorset, please email staffiesrescue@gmail.com or visit the website www.staffieandstrayrescue.co.uk

The aim of this non-profit organisation is to find foster homes and permanent homes for dogs in need of a new home. They take on dogs whose owners are no longer able to look after them due to unforeseen circumstances.

Staffie and Stray Rescue are also in the process of developing a campaign to help change people’s negative attitudes towards Staffordshire bull terriers, who are often portrayed as dangerous dogs in the media. With 75% of stray dogs being Staffordshire bull terriers, they hope to encourage more people to rehome the breed.
