Erika is a 3-4 month old female Cross-Breed. She was dumped in a forest in the middle of winter at only 1 month of age.
Erika was in a very poor state, badly infested with worms and in need of veterinary treatment. Slowly she gained her strength back and has become a lovely healthy puppy who is ready for her new life in a family.
Erika is expected to be medium size when fully grown (current weight: 5 kg). Erika is a real character, she loves the food and loves the toys that she carries and drags constantly around the house.
Erika is curious and intelligent, a quick learner. She is still trying her boundaries and she needs her humans to be consistent in her training. She can initially be shy but loves people once she sees you mean no harm.
Erika is friendly with cats too. Her toilet training will need to be continued in her new home but she uses her puppy pads nicely.
Erika would be best suited for a family without or with older children where she is not left alone for long and there’s time for her training. She is an active puppy who loves attention therefore an active family would be ideal for her.
Erika also has the potential to do dog sports or any other doggie activities with her family. She is very intelligent and will only need a confident leader for her to become a wonderful doggie.
Erika could also live with other dogs or cats. Her puppy training will need to be continued, including toilet training, going on walks, socialization, being left alone, etc.
Like all rescue dogs, she will need time, patience, love and commitment from her adoptive family to become a happy, well-balanced dog.
Experience with rescue dogs preferred. No first-time owners please Erika is currently in Hungary and can travel to the UK as soon as the right family is found for her.
Erika comes fully vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, flea and tick treated, with an EU passport and DEFRA-approved paperwork.
The right adopter will need to agree to have her spayed once fully grown. Adoption is subject to Home Check and Adoption fee. Full RBU provided.
