Shara is a 5 year old female Shar-Pei cross Labrador. She was rescued with 10 other dogs from the streets of Macedonia at an abandoned campsite outside of civilisation.
We strongly believe that she used to be someone’s pet, because she walks gently on the lead, loves affection and attention, and is genuinely a very sweet dog.
Shara has been sadly stuck in a kennel for 2 years and it’s so sad that her life is passing in kennels. Two years is a too long time for everyone to be shut in a kennel especially a sweet girl like her.
Shara can be homed with gentle dogs, experienced dog owners and older children. Though we have never seen her engage in a dog fight at the kennels.
Shara is the type of dog that will tell off others if they are too much in her private space. She would benefit from a calm household, rural or semi-rural area.
