5 year old male French Bulldog available for adoption

Louis is a 5 year old male French Bulldog. He is active and very easily excitable. He is very friendly with humans and kids (used to live with kids in his previous home). He is housetrained but not castrated (looking into booking him for castration ASAP).

Came to our rescue as urgent re-homing due to people moving out of the house and not being able to take him with them. He is currently in Bristol, England. We are looking for FOSTER-TO ADOPT or ADOPTION.

Louis is a little wary of man, but great with woman and kids.

He lived together with another French bulldog girl, but they are not really bonded and had few fights. Difficult to say about how he is with the other dogs but definitely reactive to some of them. And not happy with cats.

All dogs are stressed when coming to a new environment and stress appears in different ways: LOUIS stress appears as overexcitement (general anxiety, barking, difficulty calming down).

But the good news is that overexcited dogs settle faster, as this stress-caused excitement will go down within 2-3 days with calming activities (more walks, mental enrichment and less active /calming games, cuddles, etc) – we will be happy to provide support with settlement tips and materials.

Louis was assessed by the vet who confirmed he is healthy, microchipped, and vaccinated.
