6 year old male Jack Russell Terrier Cross available for adoption

Pip is a 6 year old male Jack Russell Terrier Cross. He is seeking a pet free home. He was found wandering the streets of Liverpool in Spring 2019 no microchip and was unclaimed. He is a little lad full of energy, can be nervous of new people and needs careful on lead meets and greets.

Pip loves fuss and cuddles from people he trusts. He is really missing a human to call his own. Sadly due to an incident while Pip was on lead but attacked by another dog his anxiety levels when out have escalated and he needs to be kept on a lead for his walks (an extendable one is good for extra run space).

We would also advise a muzzle. Home requirements for little Pip would be Pet free & child free. Preferably a rural home with minimal dog traffic, no neighbouring dogs and Immediate access to rural walks. Pip must have a very secure garden with solid fences as this boy can jump.

Pip has been to a rural rehabilitation and has come on leaps and bounds but his new home must be very dog savvy and patient. He really is a smashing little dog and just needs to be given another chance. Could you love little Pip?

Pip is currently in the South West however may be rehomed throughout the UK in a rural area. Potential serious fosterers/adopters are welcomed to visit Pip by arrangement once discussed with the Team at K-9 Angels.

We are particularly interested to hear from experienced dog owners in the South and South West. K-9 Angels operate with a series of foster carers and adopters throughout the UK, although our registered office is in London, our rehoming trustees are in Kent and Sussex.

Home checks apply and full post-adoption support is offered. All dogs will be microchipped, vaccinated and spayed/neutered (age dependent). We will consider applications from employed people as long as the dog won’t be left alone for more than 3-4 hours and we will rehome to families with children aged 6 years upwards, depending on the needs of the dog.

K-9 Angels is a UK registered charity number 1150314 and a charitable incorporated company number 08147406 registered in England & Wales.

The charity is run solely by volunteers and was created in order to help dogs all over the world.
