Banjo is a 2 year old male Cross-Breed. He is a rescue from Cyprus currently living in Through absolutely no fault of his own he needs to find a new home and family. Here is a little about him. Banjo is incredibly handsome with a personality to match. He has the loveliest nature and is incredibly gentle and good with his people.
His passport says he is a mixed breed but from his appearance we think he may have some French Pointer in him. He weighs around 25 kg and is simply stunning! He currently shares his home with his fellow rescued sister, Stephy. They both get on well and would make a terrific ready made doggy family if adopted together.
Equally they would both do well in their new homes if they went individually. Banjo is content and settled in the home and always ready for his next walk. He is good with the other dogs he meets, walks well and has a good recall with his current family.
He adores his food so this really has helped with his training. He is housetrained and sleeps well through the night. He can be left home alone for reasonable periods. He travels well in the car too. Banjo gets on well with everyone he has met. He loves playing fetch and really will make his new family a fabulous addition. Banjo has even recently been cat tested.
Initially he was interested in the cat, but was soon more interested in other things. So potentially he could live with a dog friendly cat, providing time is taken to introduce them. We would like Banjo to find a home with a garden where he can play his favourite game of fetch safely.
He thoroughly enjoys being out on his walks so he would like someone who would enjoy walks too. He is a boy who simply wants his family to love him the way he will love them. He has been vaccinated, neutered and microchipped. Minimum adoption donation of £375 applies. ADOPTION IS SUBJECT TO A SATISFACTORY APPLICATION AND HOME CHECK.
Post adoption support is available from our rescue. Our rescue must be informed at any time of a change in circumstances and our dog returned to one of our volunteers where required. Banjo must never be handed over to any UK Rescue or sold or adopted on without our knowledge. We will always endeavour to rehome our dogs if necessary.
